We were on an RV trip. It broke down. We had it towed to Kleyn. Larry was our service manager and he stayed 2 hrs past closing to help the tow truck driver drop off RV and talk w us about the problem. He was great communicating with us and was honest about progress and didn’t promise it would get done at a certain time. We had some issues with fixing it but he went above and beyond to get us back on the road asap. All the staff were nice. Highly recommend this company.

Kleyn Mobile Repair did a banged up job (that's a good thing) for us. We are based out of Texas but had a customer in Grand Rapids, Mi who was having trouble with some equipment. We spent a great deal of time trying to diagnose the problem over the phone before we realized we needed someone on site to continue. We researched the area, found Kleyn Mobile Repair, contacted Larry and he dispatched Ryan on site to repair the trouble. Ryan found the problem quickly, diagnosed it and fixed it. I have a great deal of confidence in Kleyn's abilities and will use them again when needed.

Kleyn Mobile Truck Repair kept me informed throughout the repair process. They explained what they found and the seriousness of the defect. The staff and mechanics were very personable and professional. This will be my go-to place for future repair work.

The 5 star ratings are not a mistake! Great people, great service. I was recommended to Kleyn by the Blue Bird dealer when I was looking to have my converted school bus inspected for any possible issues prior to its maiden voyage. Larry on the phone set up the inspection and talked me through how they do things. Matt and Zach documented a thorough inspection. It was simple to talk with them while they explained what they recommended be repaired. Waiting in the room while the inspection was done and listening, it was clear to see that everyone (Kate, Grant and Larry) really cared about doing the best possible job, an almost foreign concept to me these days. Steve and Zach completed in two days what would have taken me a month. Setting up a follow up appointment to perform the work was also simple due to good communication. After receiving the vehicle and noting an issue with the work, Larry said bring it back as soon as possible, no appointment needed: "Just pull up to the door and honk and we'll start working on it". The issue repair was completed very quickly, they agreed it was appropriate to redo the work. 2,400 miles and 9 states later I have zero concerns with the work they
